I acknowledge that this is a group yoga class where moving from the mat (floor) to standing, and vice versa is expected for most exercises. While some exercises may be done in a chair, I believe that I am physically able to meet the expectations of the group setting.

No. If no, then you are not eligible to take this class. Easing Stress with Yoga is a prerequisite.
