Office of Research Affairs No-Cost Extension Request for Grants

This form is to be used to request grant period extensions where no additional funds are requested. This form must be submitted to the Office of Research Affairs at least one month before the current end date of the grant. Submitters must provide department chair's information; chairs will be required to verify their approval of this request, as will additional PIs if listed above.
