In an effort to integrate student feedback in our program development processes, we have developed an online reporting form designed to receive information from students regarding Neuroscience program issues.

However, please note that without identifying information we cannot follow up with questions or concerns, or contact regarding any response and/or corrective action. If you would like to receive a direct response, please choose the "I choose to identify myself" option below.

If you have feedback relating to student mistreatment, please contact the Office for a Respectful Learning Environment. Their process is entirely independent of the graduate program, though we will be informed of reported information related to our degree program.
